Individual Jumpstart

This coaching package is one option for the next steps after the Reality Security Inventory consultation is complete.  Often the knowledge gained prompts the desire for changes that the Reality Security Inventory traits identify as core to the issues of emotional pain and discomfort.  Utilize the knowledge and learnings from the Personal Style Inventory consultation to focus on one or two related goals within a 60-day period. 

• Intensify knowledge of Reality Security Inventory traits of intense and troubling emotions
• Find strategies for establishing effective means of interacting and communicating with others
• Identify desired 1 or 2 short-term changes to be accomplished within 2 months
• Develop plans and implement strategies to accomplish unique goals 
• Monitor goal progression and momentum, knowledge, and self-correction

• Five Coaching Sessions
