Reality Security Inventory

The Reality Security Inventory, also known as the Personal Style Inventory, represents a cutting-edge approach to personality assessment. It goes beyond merely identifying typical thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to serve as a transformative tool. Originally designed as a behavioral identification tool, the Inventory has evolved into a medium for self-discovery and transformation. It facilitates safe self-exploration, fostering both short-term and long-term internal changes.

Completing the Inventory is straightforward and akin to looking into a mirror, reflecting participants' self-perceptions. It consists of three sections: selecting preferred occupations, answering true-false questions about typical human behavior, and answering similar questions about one's own behavior.  After our office receives the results, the consultation with a Master trainer and/or certified coach will be shared in a 2-hour consultation.

The insights gained from the Inventory are profound, offering a comprehensive view of one's self-image. This insight provides opportunities for recognizing life patterns and considering previously unrecognized options for change. As participants embark on the journey of self-discovery, they develop a deeper appreciation for themselves and others, leading to natural transformations in attitudes and behaviors towards self-mastery.
