Personal Style Inventory Reunion
Prerequisite
This class is available only to enrollees who have completed the Management by Virtue Seminar. Special consideration can be obtained through approval from the administration of Mindful Mastery, LLC.
Overview
The passage of time may have made the memory of a student’s experience in the basic Management by Virtue I seminar become a bit faint. Yet, it may also be true that this same student may be using the knowledge gained from the class every day and they have just forgotten where it came from, or they just don’t even think about it but use the knowledge base every day.
Whatever the case, this seminar is an abridged way of presenting the Management by Virtue I seminar to support past students refresh their memory, take stock of what they do and do not remember, and learning new aspects of using the Personal Style Inventory. Join us in the co-creation of a new online version of the seminar entitled Personality into Virtue.
What You Will Learn
- The basic tenets of each trait within the Personal Style Inventory will be reviewed and expanded upon.
- Learn Your Emotional Needs Baseline
- Create Your Emotional Safety Zone
- Explore new methods of communicating who you are to those around you with authenticity, clarity, and competence
Seminar Description:
The seminar will be presented online with four sessions of 5 hours each. The ten traits will be divided into sections:
Session 1: Relationships with Others
- The Need for Personal Approval,
- The Need for Group Approval, and
- The Need for Control
Session 2: Organizing and Planning
- The Need for Order
- The Need for Change
- The Need for Challenge
Session 3:
- The Need for Possessions
- The Need for Decision Assistance
Session 4:
- The Need for Activity
- The Need to be Different
- Summary
- Next Steps to the Future
Seminar Goals
The goals of this seminar are:
- Celebrate personal growth since the beginning of the Personal Style Inventory
- Re-engage the daily use of the Personal Style Inventory knowledge base
- Provide additional information about each Personal Style Inventory trait
- Introducing the concept of the Emotional Needs Baseline
- Provide a working model for using the awareness of an Emotional Safety Zone
- Provide communication techniques to establish emotional safety easily and quickly within oneself and others
- Build a supportive Personal Style Inventory community
