Online Chrysalis Pod I Emotional Mastery Course
This comprehensive 7-session course is designed to develop psychological safety and resilience through emotional mastery by focusing on ten key areas of psychological need. Utilizing the Reality Security Inventory (RSI) assessment, participants will explore their value and belief systems, as well as the emotional intensity attached to these values and beliefs under both Usual and Stress conditions. This unique approach fosters an environment where psychological safety flourishes, naturally reducing stress and enhancing resilience.
Course Structure: The structure of this group training is designed to create group cohesion while enhancing individual skills for each participant. It includes:
- Total Sessions: 7:
- 3 online, instructor presented sessions of 4 hours each
- 4 self-study sessions of 3 hours each
- Frequency of sessions: Sessions are spaced at least 10 days apart to allow for reflection and application.
Key Features:
- Reality Security Inventory (RSI) Assessment:
Participants will take the RSI assessment to identify their psychological needs, values, and beliefs. The feedback provided will guide the course, helping individuals and teams to understand their intrinsic motivations and stress responses.
- Psychological Safety Development through Emotional Mastery:
Through focused exercises and discussions using emotional intelligence skills, the course will help participants create an environment of trust, open communication, and collaboration providing the essential elements for psychological safety.
- Self-awareness, Observation and Self-Correction:
In-class and practice assignments are a part of learning to deepen skills in self-awareness by observation and self-correction are part of learning to transform programming into free will by conscious choice.
