It is always such a joy for me to watch the reaction of people as they learn more about themselves and work with more ease and inspiration in a new, constructive way that highlights their unique character.  The Reality Security Inventory and all its uses provide a journey into a knowledge and skill base of human behaviour enriching the work environment with innovation and enthusiasm. Below are the coaching services for the Individual.

Within any organization, individuals may find themselves having difficulty maintaining their level of efficacy and ability.  They have hit a slump in successfully moving forward with their progress.  This coaching service is designed to target the source of their struggle and use this knowledge to bring mindfulness and vitality into setting goals that will successfully regain and improve their momentum moving forward.   

This service revitalizes the individual by providing support to change basic assumptions of oneself in a unique, safe way.  Simple shifts in knowledge and understanding evolve into automatic changes in thinking, feeling, and behavior highlighting this transformational journey.  Pre-requisite: attending the seminars featuring the Reality Security Inventory or the Reality Security Inventory consultation

This package includes: 

• Find simple and strategic ways to work with challenging people
• Find out how to make stress an advocate for your momentum
• Pinpoint YOUR thoughts, feelings, and behavior under both usual and stressful conditions 
• Identify your natural talents/skills under usual and stressful conditions
• Understand how to leverage emotional intensity to support change and transformation
• Setting one or two goals of recovering insight and energy to achieve a renewed sense of purpose  
• Learning to tap into natural unused competence and knowledge to foster drive
• Accessing understanding and wisdom of current experience with the past 
• Discovering individual cycles and patterns of behavior with skills to intervene in the future
• Providing accountability and coaching to enhance success
