Team Total Transformation

This process includes twelve team sessions over a period of 4 months.  The focus is on maximizing team communication and collaboration within the team as well as with clients/customers. Pre-requisite: attending any seminar featuring the Reality Security Inventory seminar or the Reality Security Inventory consultation

• Establish short and long-term goals for team revitalization, reconnection, and/or reform
• Address team strengths and challenges based on individual Personal Style Inventory assessments of each team member
• Establish action plans and strategies for the accomplishment of long and short-term goals
• Provide measures of accountability for learning and correcting experiences of achievement

Includes:

• Three times per month 60-minute on-going coaching sessions with a group of (5-8) people.  $1000/person for additional people within the team with a maximum of twelve people. 
• Find strategies for establishing effective means of interacting and communicating within the team and with clients/customers
• 3 hours per month, 12 hours total of Support with the team leader and team members before the coaching session via the individual portal system, and consistent coaching via email in between scheduled coaching sessions ensure that we make the most of every minute we spend together, maximizing your investment and the results you create.
• 90-minute Post-Session Recap System: a debriefing session to help to integrate learning and skills into daily life.
• Support Between the Sessions: Coaching Sessions are recorded so you can re-listen and gain even further value from the details of the session.
• These groups are scheduled periodically throughout the year and run for four-month segments.

• 12 hours of Support between sessions
• 90-minute Post De-brief
