Terms and Conditions for Personal Consultation and Reality Security Inventory Assessment
By purchasing our Individual Consultation and Reality Security Inventory Assessment, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.
1. Scope of Services
The consultation package includes:
- A Reality Security Inventory Assessment tailored to your needs.
- A corresponding workbook for reflection and progress tracking.
- A 120-minute one-on-one consultation to review and debrief your assessment results.
This service is designed to clarify your security needs baseline, identify your unique stressors, and indicate your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in Usual and Stress conditions.
2. Payment Terms
- Your total investment is $350 USD, payable in full at the time of booking.
- Payment must be completed through our secure payment system.
- Your consultation is not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.
3. Booking and Scheduling
- After purchase, you will receive instructions to schedule your 120-minute consultation at a mutually agreed-upon time.
- Please schedule your session within a specific timeframe to ensure timely service delivery.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- To qualify for a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable.
- Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before your session. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred time.
5. Refund Policy
- Refunds will only be issued for cancellations made at least 48 hours before your scheduled session.
- No refunds will be granted after the service has been rendered or for consultations that have been partially completed.
6. Intellectual Property
- The Reality Security Inventory Assessment and corresponding workbook are proprietary materials and the intellectual property of Mindful Mastery, LLC.
- These materials are for your personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
7. Client Responsibilities
- You agree to complete any pre-assessment questionnaires or forms required to prepare for your session.
- You are responsible for attending your session at the scheduled time.
